Cabinet Refinishing
A great cabinet refinish starts with proper preparation. I use a multi-step cleaning and sanding process to remove as much grease or buildup from cleaning products as I can before applying a cabinet-grade waterborne finish.
After everything has been prepped, sanded, and masked the painting process can begin. All previously finished surfaces are First primed with a bonding primer, this is crucial to making sure your new finish sticks to the existing finish. After the bonding primer, everything is once again sanded and checked over carefully before applying the color coats and clear finish over the top.
